Poor staff, poor breakfast and poor management. In general the service in this hotel was bad and this is the most important in these days but seems nobody bothered there. Breakfast is just poor and as cheap as possible.

The hotel is right on the beach, has a very nice seaview from the balcony and it has a modern design. No loud music or other noises during the night. Pomorie is a very good location to spend your summer holiday if you travel with small children.

Some aspects of the cleanliness are of a poor level. They asked us to pay for all the jorney at our arrival, which is a totaly unprofessional request. The staff which interact with tourists all the time seems to be always tired and unfriendly. Some items of the breakfast are of a very poor quality and non-hygienic (I found a couple of times hair in the food). Spoons, knifes, plates are always missing when you need them. You can easily find a much better hotel in Pomorie, at the same price, if you simply go there.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach. I loved waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning. The hotel was also very close to the beach, making it convenient for a quick swim or stroll along the shore. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, as they were cleaned daily. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including the mouthwatering french toast. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I like most of all the value for money. Liked also the location (right on the beach) and how the restaurant looked (unfortunately was closed for the moment). Rooms clean, new and ok, I would highly recommend especially for budget travelling.

No complains about the hotel whatsoever, but I noticed the beach wasn't that great: was full with algae. But maybe in the summer is better.
